Ituen is an astute litigator, negotiator and a result-driven oriented lawyer. He is an evolving and strategic-minded Legal Practitioner with years of progressive experience in general litigation, commercial law, alternate dispute resolution (ADR), entrepreneurship, business strategy and development. Prior to joining the firm, worked with Paul Erokoro SAN & Co., where he honed his courtroom and drafting skills.
With several years ‘hands on’ experience on a wide range of issues as diverse as, Pre-election and Election matters, employment, intellectual property disputes, commercial transactions, and real estate matters, Ituen has represented clients in proceedings at various Courts in Nigeria from the High Court to the Supreme Court.
