Jacinta Okoro is the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner of the firm, Mrs. Boma Alabi OON, SAN. She also serves as the Executive Secretary of the Shipping Association of Nigeria (SAN).

Jacinta earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from Madonna University, Okija, in 2010 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013 after attending the Nigerian Law School, Yola Campus.

A result-driven and detail-oriented legal professional, Jacinta has years of progressive experience in commercial law, corporate law, executive secretarial duties, business strategy, and development. Before joining the firm, she worked at Duxoil and Gas Limited, where she served as Company Secretary, representing the company’s interests in contract negotiations and handling related corporate matters.

Her interests have grown to include corporate legal practice and executive secretarial duties, where she continues to contribute significantly to business operations and strategy.
