Judith Ezeonu is a diligent Attorney with over four years Post Qualification Experience. She graduated as one of the top 5 best students from the university of Calabar.
She is a Senior Associate at Primera Africa Legal (PAL), a foremost full-service law firm. As part of the Corporate and Commercial transaction team, she advices and represents clients on various legal issues and applies her skill in critical drafting, reviewing and analyzing significant transactions.
Prior to joining PAL, Judith was an Associate at Obra legal were she had successfully represented the interests of clients in various areas including real estate transactions, election petitions, administration of estates, contracts and matrimonial proceedings and gave yielding legal opinions on Medical Law and ethics and on Intellectual Property Law to individuals and companies. She was the Program Manager of Obra Foundation where she facilitated hands-on training for Enugu State Judiciary personnel. She was also the team lead of the Obra foundation International Internship and Mentorship program.
Her interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution led her to become a certified Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators and a Mediation Advocate trained by Enugu state Multi Door courthouse.
Although Judith took off her legal career in litigation and court room advocacy covering wide areas of law, she has developed interest in Corporate legal practice, Technology law and Intellectual property. As a member of the Cyber Security Policy girls’ cohort, she has further developed keen interest in Cyber security and data protection. Recently, she was awarded as the Rising Star, Technology and Innovation by the Young Lawyers Forum in collaboration with Law Awards.
Judith is the Social Secretary of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Bar Association Young Lawyers Forum and the Financial Secretary of the Enugu Branch Young Lawyers Forum. She is an impressive young lady who is building a strong legal personality and has penchant for consistent Professional growth. As a member of the Young African Leaders initiative, she is an advocate for social betterment and upholding human rights.
