Oghogho Okuegha is a senior associate in the firm’s Commercial Transactions team.

Oghogho has an LLB from Madonna University Okija, and proceeded to undertake further studies in the University of Bedfordshire, Luton where he graduated with an LLM in International Commercial Law with core modules in International Contracts, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Company Law & Corporate Governance and International Commercial Civil Aviation. He also has a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Dispute Resolution specialising in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration and has participated as an associate counsel in a number of Arbitral Proceedings.

Oghogho is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). Prior to joining PAL, he had garnered considerable legal experience as a lead counsel in litigation, arbitration and been involved in various high net worth commercial transactions.

Oghogho’s practice areas include Corporate, Commercial and General Legal Advisory, Company Secretarial, and Transactions.
