Mr. Iwu is a Senior Associate and Head of Chamber in the law firm of Primeria Africa Legal. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws LL.B (Hons) from University of Calabar in 2004. He attended the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. Masters of Law (LLM)  from University of Lagos. He has Proficiency Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
He has been involved in litigation throughout his career and has extensive experience in Human Rights and Public interest litigation. He is actively involved in Debt Recovery, Insolvency as well as Corporate and Commercial transactions since joining the Firm.
Smart has appeared in virtually all the courts in Nigeria and has been involved in rendering numerous advisory and legal opinions on referred matters.
